These terms cover buying artwork from this website. Please read them before ordering — placing an order means you accept them.

The company is not registered for VAT. No VAT is charged on any order and no VAT invoice can be issued.
The artwork
Every piece is a limited edition fine art print, produced by me and printed on ChromaLuxe aluminium. Each is signed, numbered and supplied with a certificate of authenticity stating its number within the edition.
Edition sizes are stated on each piece and are honoured: once an edition is exhausted, no further copies of that work are produced at that size.
Work is made to order. Each print is produced after you order it, which normally takes about two weeks before it is ready to send. This means the piece you receive is newly made rather than taken from a shelf.
I show the colours and detail of each work as accurately as I can, but screens vary and no photograph of a metal print fully conveys the finished object. Slight variation between what you see on screen and the piece you receive is normal and is not a fault.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and, because the company is not VAT registered, no VAT is added.
Delivery is not included in the price shown on each piece. It is added at checkout, at these rates:

The delivery charge and the total are shown before you pay, so you always know what you are being charged.
For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, any import duty, customs charge or local tax is payable by you, and is usually collected by the carrier on arrival. These are set by the destination country and are outside my control.
Payment is taken by SumUp on their own secure payment page. Your card details are never seen by, or stored on, this website.
Your order is accepted when the payment succeeds and I confirm it to you by email. If a piece turns out to be unavailable — for example because the edition sold out elsewhere between your order and my seeing it — I will tell you promptly and refund you in full.
If a price is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, I am not obliged to sell at that price. I will contact you, and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Delivery
Allow about two weeks for the piece to be made, plus transit time. Work is packed carefully and sent insured. I deliver to the United Kingdom and worldwide; if your country is not in the checkout list, email me and I will arrange it.
Risk in the work passes to you on delivery. If a piece arrives damaged, tell me within 48 hours with photographs of the damage and the packaging, and I will put it right.
Your right to cancel
Because you are buying at a distance, UK consumer law (the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013) gives you 14 days from the day you receive the work to change your mind, without giving a reason.
This applies even though each piece is printed after you order it. A limited edition print made on demand is not a personalised or bespoke item, so the exemption for made-to-measure goods does not apply to it.
To cancel, email me within those 14 days. You then have a further 14 days to return the piece to 42a Church Street, Old Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL9 5AW. I will refund the full purchase price, plus the standard delivery cost you originally paid, within 14 days of receiving it back.
- The cost of returning the work is yours unless it arrived damaged or was not as described.
- Please return it in its original packaging, insured for its full value. These are heavy, fragile objects, and you are responsible for them until they reach me.
- If the work has been damaged by handling beyond what is needed to inspect it, I may reduce the refund accordingly.
The right to cancel does not apply to a genuine commission — work created to your own brief or personalised for you. If you commission something, we will agree that in writing before I start.
None of this affects your legal rights if a piece is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Copyright
I retain the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in every image and artwork on this site, including work you have bought. Buying a piece gives you ownership of that physical object, not of the image.
You may not reproduce, copy, scan, photograph for commercial use, or make derivative works from any image, in any medium, without my written permission. You are of course free to display and resell the physical piece you own.
Nothing on this site may be copied or reused for any commercial purpose, including training or ingesting the images into machine learning systems, without my written permission.
This website
I try to keep the site available and its information correct, but I do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. I may change prices, the works listed, or these terms at any time; the terms that apply to your order are the ones published when you place it.
Please do not attempt to interfere with the site, gain unauthorised access to any part of it, or use automated tools to harvest its contents.
If something goes wrong
Talk to me first — most things are sorted out with an email. I will respond as quickly as I can.
Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, my liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
