About this work
A very dark and complex scene, set in a forgotten room where time peels from the walls. Two reflections of twin sisters confront the inevitable turn of season — one reaching outward in resistance, the other reclining in surrender.
Nature’s dark hands breach the boundaries, representing the cyclical and uncontrollable aspects of nature and time, pushing for internal change and reckoning. The leaves are offered not as decay but as transformation, symbolic of the passing of time.
The autumn represented here is not just outside. It is within them.
How it is made, and what you receive
- Built, not captured
- Every element is photographed separately, then layered and worked in Photoshop until the scene holds together as one image.

- Every photograph in every composite was taken by me. Nothing here is generated, and nothing is bought in from a library.
- Printed on metal
- The image is infused into a ChromaLuxe aluminium panel rather than laid on top of it, which is what gives these prints their depth and luminosity. Paper cannot do it.

- Each print is signed, numbered within its edition, and sent with a certificate of authenticity.
